2025 Representative Coach Application

Becoming a youth lacrosse coach is an incredibly rewarding way to make a positive impact on young athletes’ lives both on and off the floor. As a coach, you’ll foster skill development, teamwork, and a love for the game, while building resilience and confidence in players. Beyond lacrosse, your influence will help shape essential life skills, such as discipline, leadership, and respect, which young athletes carry into all aspects of their lives. Volunteering as a coach allows you to give back to the community, share your passion, and inspire the next generation of players. Whether helping an athlete master a new skill or seeing the confidence they gain through hard work and dedication, the role of a coach is an invaluable one that strengthens our sport, enriches our youth, and leaves a lasting legacy.
