THE OFFICIAL HOME OF
CLARINGTON MINOR LACROSSE
REFUND POLICY
POLICY OVERVIEW
This policy applies to registration fees paid directly to the Clarington Minor Lacrosse Association either online or in person.
The principle behind our refund policy is to allow a reasonable period of time following registration for parents/players to withdraw, while still safeguarding the long-term financial stability of our programs
CMLA commits to program expenditure based on registrations and these expenses are not recoverable to the program if/when a member withdraws.
POLICY
The individual who paid the registration fee must make all refund requests in writing to the CMLA Registrar and Treasurer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.
