Clarington Minor Lacrosse Association – 2025 Spring and Box Lacrosse Season Information

Spring Field Lacrosse Season (April to Mid-May)
Once tryouts conclude, each team will practice twice weekly. During the Spring Lacrosse Field season, practices are traditionally held every Thursday through mid-May.
-
Game Days and Locations: Games for U9, U11, and U13 divisions are generally scheduled on Saturdays, while U15 and U17 games are played on Sundays. Typical venues include Ajax, Oshawa, Brampton, Beaches, Peterborough, Guelph, and Burlington.

Box Lacrosse Season (Late May to July 2025)
Following the OMFLL season, box lacrosse teams will transition to the floor for 2-3 sessions per week, including practices, home and away games, and tournaments. The schedule is organized by each individual team.
-
Season Timeline: Box lacrosse play begins in late May and runs through July, culminating in the annual Ontario Lacrosse Festival at Iroquois Park Sports Centre in Whitby. This event, hosted by the Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA), includes the Provincial Championships, where teams compete for top honours.
